Due to recent expansion Coldwell Banker Estates is recruiting highly motivated sales negotiators in the residential sales market to join it's existing team of agents based out of its Crumlin Branch. The successful candidate will be individuals who believe in high standards, the value of a great brand and a dynamic approach to business; capable of performing at a high level, committed to continuous personal development and presenting a positive approach to clients and colleagues.


The successful candidates should:

  • Have 2-3 years property negotiation experience
  • Have a record of winning property instructions & generating fee’s
  • Be keen to take on responsibility
  • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be good team worker with an ability to work on own initiative

THIS POSITION WILL ONLY SUIT AGENTS WITH EXPERIENCE WHO ARE CONFIDENT IN THEIR OWN ABILITY TO GENERATE BUSINESS.

This position will involve actively sourcing your own business as well as receiving business from the office and executing on it in a professional and business like manner. The successful candidate will have previous experience as a negotiator with their own contacts that they can bring in under the Coldwell Banker brand. In order to succeed in this competitive market the applicant will have to be sales orientated, motivated, outgoing and have the ability to leverage these sales skills with that of the largest estate agency worldwide and one of the fastest growing estate agencies in Ireland.

A relevant property related qualification is a definite advantage but not necessary. A full clean driving license is essential.
