2-bed apartments
The average price of a Dublin 2-bed apartment as of this week is €321,899 (79.49 INDEX) up from last week's €327,286 (80.81).
3-bed semis
The average price of a Dublin 3-bed semi as of this week is €399,043 or 81.15 INDEX, up from €397,995 last week (or 80.94 INDEX).
The 3-bed semi value has been coming down steadily since November 2007 (100 INDEX). 2008 began at €503,025, and had two more high-points with the INDEX over 100 in March, climbing to €500,046 and €494,747 in the early part of that month.
4-bed detached
The average price of a Dublin 4-bed detached remains below one million at €788,496 (74.05 INDEX), down from last week's €792,435 (74.40 INDEX).
